IncNow has served thousands of customers since they opened in 1974, giving them the longevity that not many companies in the LLC formation industry have.
This is a line of business with many competitors, so staying power like IncNow has is quite valuable.
This IncNow LLC service review is structured to give you an overview of their services, to see if they might be a good fit for your company.
Advantages & Disadvantages
Advantages of IncNow
✔ Customer feedback is a huge plus for IncNow. They have hundreds of reviews, and nearly all of them are positive in nature.
✔ They’re continuously running a $50 off coupon which can be used for either their Complete or Now LLC formation packages. All you need to do is enter the codes INCNOW50 or Save50 at checkout when you place your order.
✔ If you’re a Delaware resident and able to serve as your own registered agent, they will form your LLC for just $9, plus state fee. That’s one of the lowest rates available anywhere! This is far better pricing than the industry giant, LegalZoom.
✔ Unlike many — or even most — of their competitors, they don’t load up their LLC service packages with unnecessary features. You won’t find yourself feeling like you paid for anything you don’t need to form a compliant Delaware LLC.
Disadvantages of IncNow
✖ They only offer service in the state of Delaware. If you want to form your LLC in any other state, you will need to find a different LLC service to handle your formation.
✖ Their top-shelf “Now LLC” service package costs $101 more than their “Complete LLC” package, but even by their own admission, it only includes $50 of added value.
IncNow LLC Formation Packages
With IncNow, you have three options for Delaware LLC service packages: Basic, Complete, and Now. Each of these packages is separated by a couple of key features, which you can examine in full detail below.
Two Important Notes:
Don’t forget that the Complete and Now packages are eligible for the $50 coupon found on IncNow’s homepage! Plus, if you live in Delaware and want to serve as your own registered agent, you can knock $90 off of any of these price points.
Basic = $99 + State Fee
➢ Preparation and Filing of the Articles of Organization: These documents are submitted to the Delaware Secretary of State’s office to officially create your new LLC. IncNow will draft these forms for you, then file them with the state.
➢ Name Availability Search: They’ll search through Delaware’s official business database to make sure that the name you want to use for your business isn’t already claimed by someone else.
➢ One Year Registered Agent Service: If you operate an LLC anywhere in the United States, you will need to designate a registered agent. This person or entity receives important document deliveries from the state of Delaware, informs you of the receipt, then forwards them to you. After your year is up, you can renew at the rate of $90/year, but this registered agent service is not a requirement.
Note: If you are a resident of Delaware and are eligible to serve as your own registered agent, IncNow will take $90 off your total LLC service price ― meaning this package would cost just $9!
Complete = $208 + State Fee ($158 w/coupon)
Includes everything from the Basic package, plus…
➢ 20-Page LLC Operating Agreement: This document outlines the ownership structure of your LLC, and also lays out some rules and regulations for how the company will be operated. With the Complete package, IncNow will draft these forms for you, and deliver them to you signature-ready.
Now = $309 + State Fee ($259 w/coupon)
Includes everything from the Complete package, plus…
➢ Expedited Processing: IncNow will acquire rush processing from the state of Delaware ― a $50 value. This enables them to provide a 24-hour turnaround to Now customers.
➢ Email Document Delivery: They will email you a copy of your completed documents.

Is IncNow Right For You?
With IncNow, you’re getting a solid company to provide LLC services in Delaware thanks to their quick turnarounds and strong price points. Of course, they’re not going to be the right answer for every entrepreneur, so let’s go over a couple of scenarios where you may or may not want to use their services.
✔ When to Form an LLC with IncNow
If you’re seeking affordable, fast Delaware LLC formation, IncNow should be right up your alley.
✖ When NOT to Form an LLC with IncNow
If you don’t want to form your LLC in Delaware, you’ll have to find another service provider, because IncNow only forms companies in Delaware. Also, they don’t offer a lot of advanced features that you can find with some other LLC services.

What Other Services Does IncNow Offer?
As with most competitors, IncNow provides a wide variety of additional services to help entrepreneurs form, maintain, and grow their businesses.
We dug into the list of features IncNow offers to see how much they charge for each of these services, which can be especially interesting when examining a la carte pricing for features included in their formation packages.
Let’s take a look at everything IncNow offers and discuss which services are good deals and which ones you can ignore. Before we get started though, we will note that the prices listed on the individual service description pages are much lower than those listed on the order form. For instance, the page for dissolutions lists the price as $189, but when you get to the actual order form, it says $389!
We decided to go with the prices listed on the order form because it seems like those are the rates you’ll actually pay if you buy these services. As you’re about to see, IncNow charges significantly higher prices than its competitors for many services.
Let’s get started!
- Registered Agent Service ($99): After the first year of service that’s included with any of their LLC formation packages, you can purchase ongoing registered agent service from IncNow at the rate of $99 per year, a slight increase from the $90 rate included with your formation. This rate is lower than what most competitors charge for this service.
- Amendments ($389): If you need to amend your LLC’s formation documents to reflect important changes made to your business, IncNow will file amendments for $389 each. Competitors tend to charge around $100 for amendments.
- DBA Name ($214): A DBA (doing business as) name is an alternative to forming a business entity, as it gives you the legal right to use an assumed business name. There are plenty of companies that will register a DBA for $100 or less, so this is a poor value.
- Dissolution ($389): Are you ready to shut your LLC’s doors for good? IncNow will complete and file your dissolution paperwork, closing your business and removing your responsibility for keeping up with ongoing maintenance requirements. Considering that most competitors charge less than $200 for this exact same service, IncNow’s pricing is a non-starter.
- Foreign Qualification ($314): If your LLC already exists in another state, you need to file a foreign qualification rather than a formation. IncFile charges $149 for this service, less than half the rate quoted by IncNow.
- Reinstatements ($389): Do you want to reinstate a previously dissolved LLC? IncNow will file the paperwork to get your business back up and running for $389. Some competitors charge in the $300 range for this service, and you can get it as cheaply as $199 from MyCorporation.
- Amended Operating Agreement ($250): If you have major changes to your business structure, such as the loss or addition of members/owners, IncNow will create an amended version of your operating agreement for $250.
- EIN ($99): It’s very easy to obtain your own EIN from the IRS, so it’s probably unnecessary to spend $99 having IncNow acquire one on your behalf. Most competitors charge in the $70-80 range for this service.
- LLC Kit ($99): This feature is a binder with your LLC’s name stamped on it, along with a decorative seal. To be honest, no one needs an LLC kit and we would not advise spending nearly $100 on this product, although this price is right in line with what most companies charge.
- Certified Copy ($99): If you need any official copies of your state-filed business documents, IncNow will acquire them for $99. However, BizFilings offers this exact same service for just $39.
- Certificate of Good Standing ($99): This is a form that proves your LLC is current and compliant with all regulations in your state. IncFile offers these certificates for just $49, so we wouldn’t advise buying one from IncNow.
Frequently Asked Questions
Got IncNow LLC questions? We’ve got answers.
Is IncNow Legit?
IncNow has been around since 1974, meaning they have more longevity than the vast majority of competitors in this industry. We’re quite impressed by their customer feedback, as they have hundreds of reviews available online, and nearly all of them are positive. Their clients often praise IncNow’s low prices and quick formation speeds.
Is There a Promo Code or Discount for IncNow?
IncNow continuously has a $50 off coupon which can be used on either their top-tier “Now” LLC formation package or their mid-tier “Complete” package. While the code used to claim this promotion does change from time to time, you can always find it on their homepage. At the time of this writing, the code was “Save50” or “INCNOW50” and all you needed to do is enter it during checkout.
Does IncNow Have Good Customer Support?
Yes, IncNow is known for having very responsive and helpful customer service. They don’t have the extended support hours that some competitors do (IncNow is available from 9am-5pm ET on weekdays), but they keep their support in-house with their knowledgeable and friendly agents.
Do They Have a Refund Policy?
In their own words: “If you request a refund prior to the preparation of any paperwork and any filings, then a refund of the full amount less $50.00 shall be made.
Any requests for refunds following the preparation of paperwork, but before filing shall be entitled to a refund limited to state fees not yet charged. Following the submission of a filing, there shall be no refunds.”
Can I Start an LLC on My Own?
You do have this option, and on the other side of the coin, you could even hire a lawyer to form your LLC. The issue is that there’s a lot of legwork involved with forming your own LLC, and a lawyer will charge much more to form your LLC than a business incorporation service will.
Should I Reserve My LLC Name Before Forming an LLC With IncNow?
This is generally not a necessity, with a couple of exceptions.
If you live in a state like Alabama that requires a name reservation in advance of your LLC formation, or if you’re not yet ready to form your LLC (but still want to ensure your desired name is available for your use), you should reserve your name before forming your company. Otherwise, getting a name reservation is a waste of your time and money.
Can I Form an LLC Without Physically Being in the United States?
You certainly can, and this is actually a big part of why the LLC is such a popular business structure. There are no restrictions on citizenship or residency issues, and you don’t need to be physically present in this country to form one either.
What Is the IncNow Customer Support Phone Number and Email?
If you would like to contact IncNow’s customer service team, you can call them at 800-759-2248. Their general contact email address is email@example.com, and they also have an “ask a question” feature on their website that you can access on their “About Us” page.
How Does IncNow Compare to Other LLC Providers?
To be perfectly honest, there are many LLC providers that we prefer to IncNow. Even though their price points can get as low as just $9 to form your LLC, IncNow doesn’t pack many features into their formation packages, and they also only form businesses in the state of Delaware.
In fact, due to these things, IncNow did not secure a spot on our “7 Best LLC Websites” guide. If you’re looking for one of the best LLC providers in the industry, we strongly recommend ZenBusiness, Northwest Registered Agent, or IncFile.
Does IncNow Sell or Share My Information With Third Parties?
As opposed to some of their competitors that shower you with “free extras” and “special offers” that are actually just opportunities for them to share your info with third-party partners, IncNow doesn’t sell or share your info with anyone. The only other entity that will receive your personal info is your state government.
I’ve Heard LLC Services Like LegalZoom Have a Lot of Upsells. Does IncNow?
Not at all! The three LLC formation packages available through IncNow are presented clearly on their website, and once you’ve made your decision, they’re not pushy at all about trying to convince you to upgrade or add features.
Is IncNow the LLC Website You Recommend to Family and Friends?
This is a somewhat difficult question to answer. If our mom asked whether IncNow is worth using, we would say that we appreciate their quick and low-cost Delaware LLC formations, but also that there are clearly some better options out there.
We would ultimately recommend ZenBusiness or IncFile because these companies have much lower price points (ZenBusiness for $39 or IncFile for free) for the combination of LLC formation and registered agent service than IncNow does ($99). Overall, we think they are each good LLC websites.
Other Than LLC Formation, What Else Can IncNow Do?
IncNow offers a wide variety of additional business services, including certified copies, compliance kits, dissolutions, doing business as (DBA) names, domestications, EIN obtainment, foreign qualifications, certificates of good standing, amendments, franchise tax filings, invoicing, registered agent service, and renewals.
How Quickly Does IncNow Process LLC Formations?
IncNow has some of the fastest Delaware LLC formation turnaround times we’ve seen in this industry.
With their standard processing, you can expect to have your business formed in 4-6 days, and if you expedite it, they’ll form your LLC in just 24 hours. This is much faster than many competitors ― for example, IncFile takes 15 business days to form a Delaware LLC with standard processing, or five days for expedited orders.
